Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp warm water (to dissolve the sugar)
  • Very thinly julienned carrots
  • Garlic (optional)

Instructions:

  • Mix the first 4 ingredients together in a bowl.

Serving:

  • Pour the mixture into ramekins
  • Add carrots and garlic to taste.
