Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp warm water (to dissolve the sugar)
- Very thinly julienned carrots
- Garlic (optional)
Instructions:
- Mix the first 4 ingredients together in a bowl.
Serving:
- Pour the mixture into ramekins
- Add carrots and garlic to taste.
