Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
  • 1 pinch of chili paste
  • 1 tsp finely chopped garlic
  • 1 lime
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or sugar
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp coconut aminos (if unavailable, substitute with soy sauce)

Instructions:

  • Mix everything together
  • Heat over low heat
  • Add water as needed to control the consistency
