Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 1 pinch of chili paste
- 1 tsp finely chopped garlic
- 1 lime
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or sugar
- 3 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp coconut aminos (if unavailable, substitute with soy sauce)
Instructions:
- Mix everything together
- Heat over low heat
- Add water as needed to control the consistency
