#Pizza Ingredients:
- 250 g flour
- 50 ml olive oil
- 1 glass of lukewarm water (approximately 250 ml)
- Salt
- 20 g baker’s yeast or 8 g instant yeast
Instructions:
- Preparing the yeast:
- Dissolve the yeast with a little flour in the lukewarm water
- Let it rise for 10 min
- Dough:
- Arrange the remaining flour and salt in a well shape.
- Pour in the yeast mixture and the oil.
- Mix then vigorously work the dough for 10 min.
- Let it rest covered with a cloth in a warm place until it has doubled in volume.
- It’s ready to roll out, all that’s left is to add the toppings of your choice
