Ingredients:#

  • 250 g flour
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 1 glass of lukewarm water (approximately 250 ml)
  • Salt
  • 20 g baker’s yeast or 8 g instant yeast

Instructions:#

  • Preparing the yeast:
    • Dissolve the yeast with a little flour in the lukewarm water
    • Let it rise for 10 min
  • Dough:
    • Arrange the remaining flour and salt in a well shape.
    • Pour in the yeast mixture and the oil.
    • Mix then vigorously work the dough for 10 min.
    • Let it rest covered with a cloth in a warm place until it has doubled in volume.
  • It’s ready to roll out, all that’s left is to add the toppings of your choice
