Instant Pot Oatmeal
Servings:
Ingredients#
- 3 apples cut into small pieces with the skin
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 4 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 4 cups plant-based milk & water
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 cup dried fruits (raisins, goji berries, etc.)
Preparation#
- Mix everything in the Instant Pot
- Slow cook for 8 hours in the Instant Pot
Notes#
- This makes a large quantity, roughly enough for 12 breakfasts.
- Divide the quantity by three to try it out
Variations#
- The apples can be replaced with pears/peaches/apricots/etc. (not too ripe)
