Ingredients:#

  • 1 large pineapple
  • 5 mangoes
  • Sugar

Preparation:#

  • Peel and slice the fruits very thinly
  • Weigh the resulting fruit
  • Place in a large bowl and add sugar - ratio: 700g sugar / 1 kg fruit
  • Let marinate for a few hours
  • Cook over medium heat
  • Stop when it starts to thicken (20 to 30 minutes minimum)
